What Mesa does

Buying goods, services, civil works, or consultancy usually means gathering supplier contacts, sending the same request to each one, chasing replies, and comparing quotations in a spreadsheet. Mesa brings that work into one place.

A procurement team creates a procurement, invites suppliers and contractors (or publishes a public bid page for Public Bidding), and collects sealed quotations through a private link for each provider. The team then compares and scores the offers, sends a recommendation through approval, and issues the Notice of Award and regret letters. See how it works.

Mesa is for businesses that regularly buy from outside providers and want a documented, repeatable process: procurement and purchasing teams, project teams, and the people who approve spending. It supports Civil Works, Goods Supply, Services, and Consultancy procurements.
